It was sad to see what the world had come too, Xodius had lived for several thousand years now, long enough to have seen the American Revolution, The Civil War, Even long enough to see the mighty Thor bested in battle by himself. It was the demon in him, he had remained alive for thousands of years and now he had seen the foundation of a society he wish he could have stopped happening. He loved humans, he still loves humans. It was weird to have awoken from a five thousand year sleep to find the world in this gut-wrenching state.
Xodius shifted his hands up to his face, rubbing his right hand over his natural eye, hoping that it was all just one of his dreams. He even went so far as to shoot himself in the foot with plasma energy, making sure to hit the cybernetic foot. It stung, but it proved he was really awake. His eyes shifted as he exited the cavern in which he had taken refuge after finding the world in this state. It was one of those things that caused him great pain to see, but he had to see it. He had to fix it, he had to do something. Firing Plasma from his hands in a vast degree his body lifted from the ground and he spun himself toward the great Capital.
As he entered the walls of the city, he knew he could go unstopped, though he looked like a human he had proved himself to be something different the moment they first tried to detain him to place a collar upon his neck. He had blasted them to bits, and they had tried to detain him again until he had explained the problem that had happened. He brought his body down within the walls of the city, landing in the middle of a large clearing in front of the Sacrificial Temple. He had chosen today to try his luck and attempt to save a sacrifice he deemed didn't need to die. He stood there, in the shadows watching the doorway to the temple, and the beings at the steps.

Feeling a nearby presence, her attention almost snapping towards the direction that the odd sense was coming from. Her slitted pupils dilated into thin lines from the rays of sun that shone down upon the place, though her and the young femme were nicely hidden beneath the shaded area under the building. She kept her voice low as she called out in the direction of the presence.
Who's there?
Her eyelids lowered a bit in order to create a squint-like mannerism. Her nerves had placed her body on edge where she crouched before the young femme, now leaning herself back onto her right palm as her claws lightly dug themselves into the earth below her form. Her flowing tresses shifting over her shoulder to flutter downward towards the ground as her head turned to give her a better view of the essence's place.
Knowing that the young femme could not see this, her tiger-like ears propped themselves up from the sides of her head; once hiding within the strands of her hair. The ear perked back towards the place where she had suspected the figure to be, unknowing what or who it was, much less why it was here. She had no idea that this was a place of execution, either.
Psychosis: "When everybody turns into tiny dolls and they have needles in their mouths and they hate you and you don't care because you have... THE KNIFE! AHAHAHAHAHAHAH!!!"
Knowing that his presence in the area was compromised he stepped from the shadows. Dark robes covering his form, his head bent to allow his eyes to focus upon the ground as he began to step forward. His hands shifting upward and slipping within the opposite's sleeve. His form shifting across the terrain as he allowed his body to come ever closer to the two beings, the latter of which had called out to him.
"My name is Xodius, and I have come to destroy this civilization"
He spoke so matter-of-factly, though his positioning and his demeanor provided him with the look of a scolded child. His head shifted upward as he sensed that he was within seven feet of the two. His hood shifted up just enough to allow them to see the lower portion of his face, and the glowing blue of his cybernetic right eye.
"Are you friend to my cause, or foe to my hammer?"
As she watched the being step from its place, she obviously had thought of him as a dangerous presence, leaning her form back up into its crouched position before immediately twisting herself about on her right toes; her left foot lifting from the ground a bit to allow no interference. She shifted in her place as she watched the male grow closer, her body backing itself up to keep herself a good distance away before he had grown close enough for her to trace his scent. She had picked up the human side of them, then an additional one that had seemed hazardous. She kept herself up as she crept closer to the male as he had stopped in his place, several feet away from the young femme's position. She paused herself about three of four feet before him, feeling as though, through his words, she had some reason to trust him.
Destroy this world, hmn'? How are you to do this?
Her head canted to the side slightly as she leaned back onto her toes in her crouched position, her right phalange tips resting along the ground to hold her up as her left upper appendage rested along her left thigh. Her feline ears twitched lightly as her right turned to make sure that the young femme was still in place, as well as to confirm that no one else had approached the vicinity. She allowed her slitted gaze to travel up towards the male's facial features, the lower ones, at least. From the glow, she automatically knew that her suspicions were true as she silently dug her claws into the dirt below her.

Xodius' arms shifted across his body as he reached them up and over his chest. His eyes focused on the form of Ayira before he brought his hands further up and removed his hood. Revealing his facial structure, the glowing eyes of his cyborg half exacting a genetic search on the female. Gaining knowledge of her anatomical idiosyncrasies.
"You are tense woman, are you afraid of me?"
He noted that her claws had tensed against the ground. That her nails dug into the dirt. His eyes locked onto her own as he slid his hands back down and left his hood resting against his back. His footing moved forward, as he closed the small amount of space between them. His lips curled into a frown.
"Don't be afraid of me, unless you harm a human you have nothing to worry about from me."
He spoke as he stood close to the female now, bringing his right hand out, extending it toward the female. "I mean you no harm. My destruction of this world will come with the death of any who harms a human being. Their dominance will be re-established in this world. I will have my revenge on the people who have hurt my kind."

Her slitted orbs scanned along the male's facial features as the hood was removed from his head. Her eyelids fell to a close before opening once more, her back arching as she lowered her other palm to the ground between her split legs.
Afraid? Slightly... I do not know who, or what for that matter, you are. I am with you on the thoughts of this world, though I do not know about this... humankind you speak of.
She knew of the humans referred to as 'pets', but had never really seen one... alive, that is. Her feline ears twitched forwards as to gather in the male's every move. Her back lifted slightly as she watched the male inch closer, the movement gathered to be somewhat like a cat's... if she had fur, it would completely the effect. Her tail swished at the ground, her head lowering slightly as his hand was lowered. Her eyelids fell to a close as she awaited the touch of the male, never being touched by another before.
The pets, you mean? What do you mean their dominance re-established? You are a pet, too? I smell the pet on you... but what is this other?
She threw questions to the male, back and forth. She hadn't talked with a person or thing for an extremely long period of time, this being quite odd for her.
Psychosis: "When everybody turns into tiny dolls and they have needles in their mouths and they hate you and you don't care because you have... THE KNIFE! AHAHAHAHAHAHAH!!!"
"You are a pet, I smell it on you" These were the only words he took notion of hearing in the woman's speech. Being called a pet was something that wasn't good to say to Xodius, he was neither human nor anyone's pet. He was a killing machine, a demon with cybernetic implants in his physical body. The implants allowed his powers to be increased ten-fold. Several of the implants even gave him newer abilities. He ran on the heart-beat of his demon body mixing with the Plasma Cell that powered his implants, his affiliation of with Electrical Energy in his Demonic Half always ensured that his Power Core would be fully charged, and he would always be combat ready.
"A pet, am I? You smell human on me? Your senses are off, beast. For I am neither pet nor human."
As if to prove this his right hand shot out, uncovering the hand form the sleeve of the robe he war. A glowing blue pulsing around his hand and his body, flowing through his arms like veins. These were his Plasma Generators and Firing Mechanisms that had re-structured his body. The deep blue aura of the plasma flowing through his veins should be enough to prove that he wasn't a pet, but as if to further the point he began the firing process.
"I'll show you how much of a pet I truly am. Computer, Initiate Protocol 1.3.4"
As he spoke he had turned his hand toward a building off to the left of them, the building looked empty though he wished it housed many of the beasts that now ruled this land. The hand pointed directly toward the structure and after several nano-seconds a blue ball appeared in his hand. This ball began to crackle with the electrical infusion of his demonic power infusing and inverting itself around his plasma energy. The ball of plasma shot from his hand at a velocity of several hundred feet per second.
The ball trans-versed the spatial distance between himself the building in a matter of seconds, and upon contact blasted the building into bits. The force of the blast rendered a shock wave, much like an earthquake that leveled the buildings on both sides, before he brought his cybernetic and demonic eye back onto the form of Ayira, both still having their blue glow. The demonic eye from his power over electrical infusion, and the cybernetic eye from the power invoked into it from the plasma core that powered that section of his body.
"Now, We shall wait for the Guards to come and try to take me, and I'll show you what I'm really capable of."
His voice held no boast, not bragging to it. Simply confidence and knowledge of what he was truly capable of. It had been many centuries since a being power enough had come along to challenge him, and he doubted very much that any of the beasts of this land could match him. Even if it were ten of them against just him. As he dropped his hands back to his side, the sleeves of his robes covered them once more. His hood came back downward, hiding his eyes from sight as he smiled beneath the hood, the humanoid lower facial structure still just visible beneath the shadow of his hood.
She inquired to the male at his words, knowing that only humans were pets around this land, and she only referred to them as pets because their Masters had called them. She had no Master, and she knew this.
She canted her head to the side as she eyed the odd azure colors that flowed throughout the male's hand like the veins in her own. Her body twitched downwards slightly as the male began to charge this odd mechanism before her, his hand turning off towards the side; aiming to the building to the left.
As the male shot the blast, she released an almost yelp-like sound into the air as her form instantly fled off the right, the male's right, that is. She hooked her claws into the pillar that held up this building that the femme sat at the bottom of, using her back legs to kick up as a single kick sent her flying up from the pillar, only to land upon the roof of the structure. She lowered her form a few inches from the roof as a low hissing noise released itself from her throat down to the male. She instantly realized that her suspicions were pinpoint; he was dangerous. She narrowed her eyes down to the male as she awaited the creatures to come out from their hiding in the area, mostly from the buildings.
She relaxed ever so slightly as the male lowered his hand down to his sides once more, her eyelids lifting from her slitted pupils as she locked her gaze to the male.

"I never said you were a pet, I called you a beast and you have only proved through your actions just now that my words were correct."
A dark smile covered his visage, his body shifting slightly as he gazed down to the child. His optics taking in the view of the girl and compassion showing on his facial structure.
"This world belongs to her kind, it has always belonged to her kind. Not your kind. Not the beasts that roam this land, they will die if they do not surrender their control. No beast, no number of beasts, can stand up to my might."
Again his words held no boast, simply the confidence with which a creature that had lived as long as he, killed as many as he, would come to obtain. His arms hung limp at his side as he turned his eyes upward toward the beast on the ceiling, a smile dawning on his face.
"Scanners show that the guards will be here soon, I could easily pass this." His left hand rose again, indicating the mess that was about the area, he ruins of the buildings he had destroyed. "off as your doing, or you could come down from there. Join me in my fight, win, and be free. Do you think human slavery will be enough for these people? Do you think that they will stop, humans die. Eventually the human race will be wiped from the face of the earth, especially at the rate places like this one offer."
His words indicated the slaughtering house. Many referred to it as the "sacrificial" temple, but sacrifice was a choice one made for themselves. If a person did not choose to die for the cause, it was not truly a sacrifice, merely a slaughter. His head turned to the left, as he smiled.
"Ten minute e.t.a on the guards. Make your choice, if you stand against me, you will fall. Just as these guards will. Ten of them come, but only nine of them will make here. Of those nine, none will live to tell of what happened here. Do you wish to make the slaughter I am about to make occur eleven instead of ten? The first of the guards, die now."
His right hand lifted to the sky, lightning shooting from his palm and extending into the sky. Though the sky didn't change, one thing did. A very small distance away a single bolt of electricity struck, his senses, his cybernetics, told him that the lightning had struck it's mark. The mark was the guard in the lead of the group, the highest ranking of them. With him dead the others would be in a disarray for the commencing battle that would come.
"Choose wisely, beast. For your choice will reflect what happens to you, you will die with them, or you will help kill them and keep yourself a live. Your kind is prone to self-preservation, isn't it?"
She slipped herself to the edge of the roof, digging her claws into the side as she swung her form off the edge. She allowed herself to dangle by her arms a moment before she released from the edge of the roof, allowing her feline ears to gather the information that the male spoke as her pads landed against the ground with a soft thump. Her torso followed the motion as she had landed on her toes, her torso leaning forward and dipping down before she lifted her head and gazed up towards the male.
I am only half a beast, thank you very much. But, I agree, I am one. I cannot defy my nature, at any rate. I despise what this world is, I always have for every moment of my life. I could do nothing about any of it... until now. I will join you on this quest to... as you say.. 'return this world to its former glory'. I do not mean to throw you off with my words of, I guess you would consider it heresy. I have lived in this world for a long period of time, and what I see is what I learn. I have seen that humans are the lowest form of life on these planets, as well as... most other things.
A frown tainted her lips as she leaned herself back up into an erect position as she stared towards the male.
I must ask you to warm me before you do those... attacks, though. I would highly appreciate it if you did, because my reflexes don't take quick movements very lightly. It is part of my nature, I'm sure that you can understand that. Though, I'm sure that I will eventually grow used to you the longer I am around you, Sir.
Showing that this was true, she was telling him about herself and actually speaking more than just a few words at a time, now. Her figure twitched lightly with the sudden raise of his arm, then the sharp yelp that the head guard would have released as the friction caught him in its grasp, coming from the ground, of course. Her feline ear twitched towards the sound as she calmed herself, preparing herself for the upcoming fight.
